How much does Mozaic Concierge Living cost?
Mozaic Concierge Living, similar to most Life Plan Communities, requires that an entrance fee be paid up front, followed by a monthly fee after you’ve moved into the community. It’s not uncommon for future residents to use the sale of their current home to fund their entrance fee. Floor plan size, location within the community and the number of occupants are all used to calculate the monthly fees. In many cases, monthly fees are comparable to the cost of living independently in a private home.
